Customer Service | the assistance and advice provided by a company to those people who buy or use its products or services. |
Customer wants | are the requirements that the customer would like to have: e.g a hotel with a beach |
Customer | somebody who recieves customer service from a service provide. A customer may be a person or an organisation. |
Customer loyalty | where consumers continue to buy or use a product or service |
Overcoming objections | This refers to addressing a customers worries and concerns about a product or service. |
Apres Ski | Refers to the social opportunities offered by a ski resort - its bars, clubs and entertainment. |
Northern Lights | Spectacular natural light show in the Night sky in Norway. |
UNESCO | The United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organisation - This is an international organisation and one of its roles is to recognise outstanding natural and cultural sites. |
Stopover | When you break up a long journey and take a short break en route, for example stopping over in Dubai when travelling to Australia. |
